Q. What are the costs of creating a website?

A. There is no single answer to that question. All websites are different and depend on many factors. Its all down to the Design and Development work that needs to be carried out, most of our sites range between R3999 and R15,000.

Q. What is the difference between Website Development and Web Design?

A. Web Development is what makes the website look good and work! It's the coding part (HTML, CSS, JavaScript plus others) that takes place after the design and layout has been completed, without it you will only have a design that will not work.

Q. Are your sites mobile-friendly?

A. Yes all of our websites are responsive (mobile-friendly) the mobile phone trend has increased ten fold over the last couple of years.

Q. Do I need to be in Johannesburg to work with you ?

A. No, we are able to work with anyone nationwide. Files and content can be uploaded to the cloud where we can share the required information.

Q. How long does it take to build a new website?

A. It can take anywhere around 2 - 12 weeks once we have all the necessary content, information and images from you, depending on the size, requirements and features of the website.

Q. What about changes and updates once my website is completed?

A. We offer full support for site maintenance and updates. The monthly retainer fee R499 per website.

Q. How often should my site be updated?

A. New website content is always a good idea to keep your visitors in the know. Updating your content keeps the site looking fresh and positive. Update often.

Q. What are your Payment terms?

A. 100% payment is required upfront, unless a special arrangement has been made. We accept EFT. No credit card facility available.

Q. Do you offer website hosting?

A. Yes, we are affiliated to Cloudfusion which offers all our clients great hosting packages.

Q. Do you create websites in WordPress

A. No, all our web development is done with raw code - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Q. Who writes the site content?

A. That is up to you. We recommend hiring a good copy writer if possible, you are the expert in your field.
